TriSeoul Food started with a simple question: why do Korean and Mexican food both hit the same spots on your palate? Both are bold. Both live and die by their sauces. Both turn a humble tortilla or rice bowl into an event.

So we did what any reasonable people would do — we merged them. Bulogogi in a street taco. Kimchi in a quesadilla. Gochujang on everything. The result is a menu that makes people laugh, then order seconds.
